Premium HDMI
Default 25 ft passive HDMI for a short sanctuary or booth run. Certified Premium copper when 50 ft Active HDMI is overkill.
Why this is here: third cables SKU after Active HDMI and C2G AOC. It is not a camera. It is the short passive HDMI run when a Move SE on HCM-1 to an ATEM Mini path is about 25ft or less. The length decision is Sanctuary cable run.
A Monoprice Certified Premium High Speed HDMI cable. Hero PID is 21510 (Amazon model 121510, ASIN B06X3QDY4M, UPC 889028048320). Twenty-five feet, black, passive copper, 18Gbps (4K at 60Hz, HDR). Amazon prints 24 AWG and a lifetime warranty. This fetch did not read a CL3 mark on that listing. This cable does not replace Active HDMI on a long copper run, C2G AOC, Move SE, an ATEM Mini, or HCM-1.
Who it is for
Measured length, not a thicker jacket. Whether the path is about 25ft or less, or it is a long copper run, is the real question.
| Need / room | What you actually get | Fit |
|---|---|---|
| Short sanctuary or booth, about 25ft or less | 25ft passive Certified Premium, about $31 street | Recommend Premium HDMI. This page. |
| Back-wall PTZ to ATEM Mini, about 40 to 50ft of copper | 50ft active braided CL3 HDMI, booster in the cable | Recommend Active HDMI. Do not substitute this 25ft. |
| Short path that goes in the wall | CL3-labeled Certified Premium 25ft, same street price | Buy model 147902 (ASIN B0GS7BLD9K) as the in-wall sibling. |
| Tape says about 26 to 30ft, still passive | 30ft Certified Premium, about $33 street | Adjacent 30ft (model 132991). Not the hero. |
| Need fiber, EMI is real, or code wants plenum | Fiber AOC, not this copper | Hold C2G AOC. |
| Already have a working HDMI run that holds 1080p Sunday | A cable you do not need | Skip. |
If the measured path is about 25ft or less, buy Premium HDMI (PID 21510). If the path is about 40 to 50ft of copper, buy Active HDMI (PID 13760). This page does not take that recommend.
Volunteer skill
- One person. This cable is passive. It is not directional. Either plug can face the camera. SOURCE and DISPLAY tags belong on Active HDMI and on C2G AOC, not here.
- Measure the path with slack. A 25ft cable does not reach a 26ft corner. Do not join two short cables with a coupler.
- The hero listing does not print CL3. Open air along a baseboard is the usual short booth hop. If the short path goes in the wall, buy the CL3-labeled sibling (model 147902) instead.
- Do not force the bend at the PTZ HDMI port. A service loop, not a kink.
- Label both ends before the cable disappears. Test on Saturday for several minutes.
Standout details
Facts from the Amazon cart for ASIN B06X3QDY4M and the sibling carts (fetched 2026-09-22). Prefer that Amazon listing for the hero spec and the hero street price. Monoprice.com and B&H returned HTTP 403 this fetch, so neither cart is a price.
- 18Gbps High Speed HDMI. 4K at 60Hz. HDR. Certified Premium, tested for the full 18Gbps. Amazon gauge field says 24 AWG. Amazon warranty line says lifetime.
- Passive copper. No booster chip. Not directional. Good when the path is about 25ft or less and a stable 1080p picture already holds.
- Hero PID 21510. Amazon model 121510. ASIN B06X3QDY4M. UPC 889028048320. 25ft. Black.
- The Amazon page for model 121510 does not print a CL3 jacket. Do not call this hero in-wall rated.
- 1080p Move SE does not need Ultra High Speed 48Gbps. This 18Gbps cable is enough for a short 1080p hop.
- In-wall sibling model 147902 (ASIN B0GS7BLD9K, UPC 889028214480): Certified Premium 25ft with a CL3 jacket on the Amazon listing. Same $30.89 street price this fetch, sold by Amazon.com, in stock. Buy that one when the short path goes in the wall. No Monoprice PID was confirmed for 147902 this fetch.
- Adjacent 30ft (ASIN B07D7JTTNR, model 132991, PID 32991): $33.09, sold by Amazon.com, 14 left in stock this fetch. Use it when the tape is past 25ft and still short of an active run.
- Long copper stays Active HDMI (PID 13760), about $100 street on that page (updated 2026-09-15). A 25ft passive cable is the wrong buy for a 40 to 50ft sanctuary run.
- Fiber stays C2G AOC. Hold unless copper flakes, EMI is real, or code wants CMP.
- Aztek listed PID 21510 at $26.81 as a special order (ships in 1 to 2 weeks, list $36.19). Not in stock. Do not hero that price.

Earlier check, 2026-09-22, live carts: Amazon.com, sold by Amazon.com, Certified Premium 25ft (B06X3QDY4M, model 121510, UPC 889028048320) $30.89 in stock. That is the hero street price. PID 21510 matches that UPC. monoprice.com PID 21510 returned HTTP 403, so no Monoprice.com price. Amazon CL3 25ft (B0GS7BLD9K, model 147902) $30.89 in stock. Amazon 30ft (B07D7JTTNR, model 132991) $33.09, 14 left in stock. Aztek PID 21510 $26.81, special order, not in stock. B&H returned HTTP 403. Confirm the cart. No affiliate link on this page.
Honest verdict
Recommend this 25ft passive Certified Premium HDMI for a short sanctuary or booth run, where Active HDMI 50ft is overkill.
Active HDMI stays recommend for a long copper run (about 40 to 50ft) from a Move SE to an ATEM Mini. Do not demote that cable because a short room exists.
Hold C2G AOC unless copper flakes, EMI is real, or code wants plenum. Buy model 147902 when the short path needs a CL3 jacket. Use the 30ft Certified Premium when the tape is past 25ft and still short of an active run.
Skip if you already have a working short run. This is a cable, not a camera, switcher, or mount.
Honest limits: the hero listing is not CL3, a 25ft cable does not reach a long back-wall pull, 1080p Move SE does not need 48Gbps, and a special-order Aztek price is not a cart you can check out today.
